On 21 January 2019, the UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) warned about an unauthorised clone calling itself Swiss Capital Invest Holding Ltd trading as Swiss Capital Invest. The clone notice identifies www.swisscapitalinvest.co.uk.
Distinguish the clone from the genuine firm
The FCA said the operation was using details of an authorised firm. The genuine firm named in the notice is Swiss Capital Invest Holding (Dublin) Limited, firm reference number 658156. The FCA explicitly states that the genuine firm has no association with the clone.
